Elliot was made effort to send through a video to supplement the description. When viewed no high-pressure sales and plenty of time to enable a good inspection. We committed on a sensible approach to my part exchange and a week later my new car was delivered to me. Throughout the whole process, what stood out for me, was the great communication, honesty, and a professionalism that I have not experienced before with the used car market.
